Feel yourself being calm, use the mallet and tap the bowl gently dividing the bowl into three sections and tap each section once and feel the sound vibration.
Another method is to tap the mouth of the bowl gently, and once the bowl is vibrating, use the mallet around the exterior upper portion of the bowl to extend and enhance the vibration of the bowl.
A forward (clockwise) direction adds new energy, repairing and renewing.
A reverse (counterclockwise) direction reverses negative energy.
Tap the bowl gently like a dragonfly on water, as sudden hard taps can damage the crystal bowl.
